Views of the base of a star dune in the sand sea of Murzuq, on NW side about 6 dunes in from direction of Wadi Methkandoush. Dominant dune forms here are star dunes which were bunching up into a matrix, flat areas between dunes are a pebbled sand surface. Dominant wind here from NE.
