Feeding China
As China has become more affluent, its population is demanding a diet with more meat and dairy products, but there is not enough arable land to feed all the pigs, ducks and chickens, or the aquaculture farms that ring its coastline. This has turned China into the world’s largest importer of food. This project takes a look at how modern China is feeding its 1.4 billion people.
