Joint Operations Command Center (JOCC) in Washington DC Police brings together all branches of city and national security into one centralized command center for events with the potential for unrest. The city has networked video cameras from all around the capital to allow for a coordinated response. This photo was taken during a meeting of the International Monetary Fund meeting which attracted large numbers of anti-globalization protesters.
