Waterloo Cattle Station, NT, Australia, 24 August 2022. Road Train truck brings a load of 1-year-old cattle (“weeners”) from a muster point to the temporary feed yard on Waterloo Cattle Station, where they will learn to live without their mother for a week or two before being transferred to grow and fatten up at another cattle station with better dry season fodder. The other station (Willaroo) is located on an all-weather road, allowing for export during the wet season when cattle prices are higher.
