Bunda Station, NT, Australia 26 August 2022. Station hands relaxing with a beer in the early evening at the bar of Bunda Cattle Station, with a bar top made out of a slab of local stone. This week they have been mustering 2,400 Brahman heifers. Bunda Cattle Station is located in a remote part of the Northern Territory, 180km from the nearest paved road. Bunda Station is 408K hectares (1,575 sq miles) with 29k breeding head. 3:100 is the bull:heifer ratio. Most of the progeny of this farm is for the live export market, primarily in Indonesia.
