The richly hued amber and fuschia lights of the Koppert Cress greenhouses have a festive appearance but have been designed to maximize growth efficiency and minimize light pollution. The Netherlands micro-vegetable nursery uses pink spectrum LED lighting and constructs its greenhouses with hammered glass designed to deflect light back to the plants. Koppert has enjoyed international success with environmentalists and gastronomes alike, producing greens that are in demand from Michelin-star chefs throughout the world. Monster, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands.
