Early morning in Miami Beach, on a rainy day with one of the highest tides (+3.7 ft. @ 7:49AM) of the year. The high tide alone was enough to put seawater onto the western side of the island, and the rain had nowhere to drain. This photo was taken at the intersection of 29th Street and Indian Creek Dr. where the tide was pushing ocean water into the street, and the rainwater from the rest of the island was draining toward the creek.
