Lesser long-nosed bats emerging from a cave in the Pinacate Biosphere Reserve. The pregnant females migrate up here from Southern Mexico every spring to give birth and raise their young in this desert cave. They emerge shortly after sunset to feed on cactus flowers within a fifty-mile radius of the cave.
