Alcohol, sun, and loud music fuel the party on Nixon's Sandbar, in the shallows near Key Biscayne. Named for the former president who used to vacation at the home of his friend Bebe Rebozo, the sandbar is a favorite weekend party site for young boaters who like to drink, dance, and show off their bodies on warm-weather weekends. As it is located on no dry land, activities here are somewhat outside the law.
