“Ilimo,” or sacred dancers of the Lote people make an appearance in Lausus village near Uvol, New Britain to celebrate the return of Father Alphonse Chaupe to his home village. Father Alphonse recently returned with a master’s degree in theology after two years of study in Belgium.
