Rosendale Dairy, the largest dairy in Wisconsin, and perhaps the largest single dairy facility in the USA, has 8,500 cows under two enormous sheds connected by a double rotary milking parlor that milks every cow twice a day in 8 minutes. The milking parlor is only shut down for two hours each day for cleaning. This mega-dairy is owned by Milk Source, the biggest milk producer in the state.
