World's largest COSTCO on a Saturday afternoon, by square footage (235,000) with both regular and business delivery services under one roof. Due to the varied demographics of Salt Lake City, they also carry halal goat, beef, and chicken. This is their only facility that does both consumer and business delivery. Informally speaking, COSTCO's business philosophy is to make money from membership dues in exchange for providing access to food and other goods at wholesale cost (including bulk purchase price, labor of inventory, real estate, etc.). The annual dividends paid to members are about the same as the sum of revenue beyond dues. Their sales are 55% food and 45% non-food (clothing, appliances, tires, etc.)
