Deep freeze storage rooms of Shandong Zhonglu Oceanic Foods Co., Ltd. where tuna are kept at -60°C. Most of their fish come from Zhonglu’s fleet of 14 57m-long long-line boats in the Indian Ocean and process their catch here. The tuna are gutted and flash-frozen at sea, and brought here by cargo vessels, as their ships typically stay at sea continuously for 1-2 years.
