Bolivian President Evo Morales traveling in Chapare area to open new schools. He was traveling on a Super Puma military helicopter on loan from President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, and it was operated by a Venezuelan military crew. Chapare is Morales' home base and the controversial area for coca growing. Since Morales became president coca production in the area has soared and US-backed anti-coca programs have been given little governmental support.
