Wednesday, September 2, 2020. Adam and Aubrie Isaacs going out to check on their herd of cattle along the Canadian River, near Canadian TX. They live on a ranch that was built by Adam's ancestors in the late 19th Century, and he carefully rotates his cattle and occasionally burns the fields to restore the original grasses to the land, and rebuild the soil so that it is more productive for cattle ranching.
