Passive Millimeter Wave technology takes natural radiation from outer space and reflects it through every truck taking the Eurotunnel from France to the UK. This is the first civilian use of PMW, which was developed by the British Military to help planes navigate in low visibility, but now provides a fuzzy image of cargo without slowing traffic or subjecting people to heightened levels of radiation.
